 Going down one level, this fascinating bar features the oldest pillars in the premises - made from Kilkenny Marble and dating back to 1324. This area is divided into three sections and was once the cellar and kitchen of the house.

 Leading from the Tavern bar this suntrap courtyard is the place to be with a full service of food and drink.
The Courtyard also features the original fresh water wells that provided St Francis Brewery with the water to make the original Smithwicks Beer.

Nero's is one of the longest running nightclub establishments in Kilkenny. Catering for all ages Nero's provides the best in dance entertainment, with themed nights, DJ Nights and music from the 50's right up to the present.
